To register, a refundable deposit is required. This program is guaranteed. There are two conditions upon which refunds are provided.
1. Registration fees are refunded if the candidate fails all four virtual assessments given for entry-level positions.
2. Registration fees are refunded if the candidate is not offered a job within 30 days after the interview process.

Our program of guidance, coaching and live assistance is designed to help candidates get hired and start their postal careers in the shortest amount of time. Therefore, the amount of the Starting Bonus is determined by how quickly candidates start their career with the USPS after registering.
The amount of time is measured in the number of days from “Register Date” to “Start Date”. Candidates who start within 15 days of registering are eligible for a $1,000 Starting Bonus. Those who start within 16 to 30 days are eligible for $500. Those who start within 31 to 90 days are eligible for $250, and those who start within 91 to 365 days are eligible for $100.
Candidates who opt in and upgrade their support for higher starting bonuses through any promotional incentive apply according to the terms and conditions associated with that promotion.
Receipt of starting bonus is contingent upon submission of a completed Starting Bonus Request Form within 30 days of start date, proof of current employment verified by a legible copy of the first paystub, and a usable video testimonial in which the USPS employee badge and paystub are displayed.
The video testimonial may be used for promotional purposes and must meet some basic requirements that are clearly explained upon submission of a completed Starting Bonus Request Form. Starting Bonuses are paid by and subject to the approval of Postal Job Placement and will be mailed to new hires within 90 days of final approval.
